Football | SMU vs. Tulane
SMU football's final home game of the 2015 season was against Tulane on Nov. 21. The Mustangs defeated the Green Wave 49-21 in their last game of the season at Ford Stadium. I had the chance to be sideline to capture some images of their victory - some of my favorite shots from the game are below!
The Front Bottoms | Gas Monkey Bar N' Grill, Dallas
I had the chance to photograph The Front Bottoms' sold out show at Gas Monkey Bar N' Grill on November 20. The New Jersey band signed to Fueled by Ramen earlier this year, and released their album Back on Top in the fall. This outdoor venue had a great ambience, and was absolutely packed. There was no photo pit, so I had to improvise and photograph primarily from the balcony, but that didn't stop me from having a great time!
Men's Soccer | SMU vs. Utah Valley
Southern Methodist University vs. Utah Valley • November 19, 2015 • Westcott Field • Dallas, Texas
Well, I had just one more soccer game this season than I thought! This game was the first round of the men's soccer NCAA Tournament. SMU defeated Utah Valley 2-0, sending them to Denver for the second round of the tournament.
New Politics | House of Blues, Dallas
New Politics are currently on the Wilderness Politics Tour with Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness, The Griswolds, and LOLO. This tour came through Dallas on Halloween.
New Politics is always a blast to photograph, but seeing frontman David Boyd do his trademark breakdancing as Disney princess Belle made things even more fun.
